Past NIH Performance Reports

NIH's annual GPRA submissions include two major components:

NIH Performance Report which provides an assessment of the NIH's progress towards achieving performance measures and targets. The most recent year's performance is described for each measure, as well as up to three years of performance summaries.
NIH Performance Plan which describes the agency's mission, resources, programs, and strategies for the current and next fiscal years.

Typically the two components are submitted together; however, in 2009 the components were submitted seperately (FY2008 Performance Report and FY2010 Performance Plan or Online Performance Appendix).
